The Infant Program

The Infant Program serves infants and toddlers, from birth to three years of age, with low incidence disabilities (vision, hearing, or motor disorders). Two Early Childhood Special Educators, one Infant Assistant, a Speech Language Pathologist, a Vision Specialist, and an Occupational Therapist provide services to young children in the Oxnard, Hueneme and Ocean View School Districts.  Services include family education and intervention through home visits and play groups. The specialists work in conjunction with the Tri-Counties Regional Center through the California Early Start Program.
